With an experience of 9+ years, in customer support/sales and a Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management and being an IATA/UFTAA Travel Consultant, I aim to bring my personal brand of enthusiasm and positivity in every endeavor. In my career graph I have learned a number of key skills such as persuasive communication, critical thinking, complex problem-solving and effective negotiation.
