To strengthen the team Commercial of the Real Hotels Group, in Algarve, we look for:

Groups & Events Coordinator (M/F)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carrying out inspection visits to the Hotel with clients;
• Introduction into the system of all scheduled event and group services;
• Introduction of rooming lists confirmed groups and their respective stay details (schedules, billing details, special requests);
• Event and Group Planning;
• Preparation of the respective service orders with event/group information for the various departments;
• Follow up of requests and proposals sent for events/groups.
• Preparation of contracts and pro-forma invoices for groups and events confirmed at the Hotel;
• Monitoring of any event held: corporate or private;
• Planning and management of meeting and banquet spaces;
• Service quality control and group customer satisfaction.
