To reinforce the team Restaurant of Grande Real Santa Eulalia Resort & Hotel Spa, in Albufeira, we look for:

DEPUTY HEAD OF DINING ROOM (M/F)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision of the room and terrace restoration team;
• Coordination of room reservations efficiently;
• Ensure that customer reception, as well as the entire service, is performed in the best way, guaranteeing maximum quality;
• Ensure correct compliance with quality processes and good practices for cleaning and presenting the space;
• Strategically coordinate the restaurant service, following the defined billing and profitability objectives;
• Carry out, in coordination with the F&B Supervisor, inventory reports in order to ensure the necessary material according to needs;
• Monitor and ensure that all employees comply with HACCP standards;
• Ensure good FIFO and LIFO practices, organizing storage areas and room supplies;
• Promote a good environment among all team members, as well as encourage the delivery of excellent service;
• Prepare, in partnership with the F&B Supervisor, schedules and holidays for your team;
• Participate in meetings and training, being a driving force behind these actions.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum previous professional experience of 2 years in similar functions;
• Technical-professional academic qualifications (specific to Restoration);
• Knowledge and experience with wine and beverage service tasting;
• Solid experience in HACCP control;
• Responsibility and dynamism;
• Passion for hospitality;
• Flexibility and availability of schedules;
• Experience in team coordination;
• Operations management;
• Operational Intelligence;
• English (mandatory requirement), Spanish or other languages.
