To reinforce the team Technical Services of Real Bellavista Hotel & Spa, in Albufeira, we look for:

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform repairs and other procedures related to electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry maintenance;
• Ensure the conservation of equipment, tools and machines used, observing safety and conservation standards, in order to obtain better use;
• Check the stock of working material to be used in the various services;
• Inform your superior of possible faults.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Professional experience in similar functions;
• Dynamism, proactivity and autonomy;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Sense of responsibility, determination;
• Punctuality and attendance.
• Knowledge of civil construction, plumbing, electricity, and preferably HVAC systems;
• Schedule availability (shifts).
