Profile
• Training related to Hospitality/Tourism
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to be creative and proactive when problems arise;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Fluency in English and knowledge of another language;
• Ability to manage time and multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Excellent customer service;

Responsibilities
• Welcome guests to a hotel establishment, provide information on hotel operations, prices, room features and meals;
• Make reservations and plan room occupancy
• Register guests in the hotel register and indicate their rooms;
• Provide tourist information, receive and send messages and respond to guest requests;
• Issue invoices to customers, participate in the account settlement process
