We are looking for candidates who are motivated, have a taste for teamwork, a passion for service, a desire to learn and evolve to be part of a dynamic team, focused on providing excellent service and exceeding our clients' expectations.

Main responsibilities

· Serve meals and drinks to guests and customers;

· Collaborate in tidying up rooms and arranging tables;

· Ensure the cleanliness of utensils and assist in preparing the craft;

· Perform any preparatory services in the room, such as changing clothes;

· Assist or perform breakfast service in rooms and other areas of the establishment;

· Register and ask the kitchen for orders requested by customers;

· Issue bills and consumption and collect the respective amounts;

· Ensure guest loyalty through a professional and proactive stance, always seeking to anticipate and exceed guest needs and expectations.

· Collaborate with the management team in organizing, planning services and welcoming guests at events;

The ideal candidate

· Minimum experience of 2 years;

· Training in the restaurant/bar area;

· Nice presentation;

· Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal relationships;

· Strong sense of organization;

· Discipline and ability to work in a team;

· Immediate availability.

· Careful, responsible, suitable and assiduous presentation;
