Your mission
Ensure the quality of service in public areas, floors and laundry;
Ensure total guest satisfaction.
Your responsibility
Responsible for organizing cleaning, laundry and general maintenance services for floors and rooms;
Manage and motivate the respective team to ensure that cleaning in all areas meets the requirements of excellence.
Our requirements
12th year, preferably Hotel Management;
Notions of reception and customer service;
Knowledge of computers from the user's perspective;
Foreign languages – English;
1 to 2 years of experience in the bedrooms area.
