Ensure quality of service.
Your responsibility
Assist table managers in carrying out their duties;
Contribute to the construction of a global strategy for the department, helping to implement it together with the F&B Department;
Assist in coordinating stock management, personnel and maintenance of areas;
Register and request customer orders from the kitchen;
Provide support in preparing the service.
Our requirements
Minimum 12th year or equivalent;
Good knowledge of the English language;
Good computer knowledge from the user's perspective;
Specific training in the area of tourism and guest reception;
Experience in similar functions.
