Chef (M/F/D) at Hotel Cascais Miragem Health & Spa Seasonal

At Hotel Cascais Miragem Health & Spa we are recruiting for our F&B Department, for the role of Cook (M/F/D).

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks, which contribute to achieving the common objectives of the Hotel Unit:

– Prepare meals served in the different outlets;

– Compliance with HACCP standards;

– Ensure careful plating in accordance with internal standards;

– Carry out and monitor meal preparation activities;

– Help clean the kitchen, preparation areas, utensils and other equipment;

– Other tasks inherent to the Kitchen service;

– Ensure the necessary coordination with the other sections of the Hotel in order to guarantee an excellent service.

Requirements for the role:

– Technical Kitchen Course equivalent to level IV (minimum);

– Knowledge of HACCP;

– Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry;

– Skills in terms of interpersonal relationships;

– Spirit of initiative and creativity;

– Attendance and punctuality;

– Sense of responsibility and dedication;

– Ability to organize, plan and work under pressure;

– Availability to work shifts.
