Verdelago Resort – Luggage Handler (M/F) Fulltime

The only 5-star nature resort is being built on the coast of the Eastern Algarve.

MISSION
– Maintain and develop the resort’s brand image with customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
– Ensure that customers are received in accordance with service excellence standards.

QUALITY
– Perform baggage loading and unloading functions;
– Accompany customers when entering and leaving the hotel unit;
– Provide information about the resort as well as information regarding the services available.

SUSTAINABILITY
– Identify existing resources within the resort to reuse and repurpose in order to reduce waste.

REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 12th year of schooling;
– Driving License (Mandatory);
– Knowledge of foreign languages, preferably English.
– Minimum 6 months working as a baggage handler.
