Verdelago Resort – Floor Attendant (M/F) Fulltime

The only 5-star nature resort is being built on the coast of the Eastern Algarve.

A 5-star rated resort, set in a vast green area, comprising several support infrastructures and a wide range of services and amenities, aligned with a healthy, holistic lifestyle, where nature plays a central role, is currently recruiting a Floor Maid (M/F) to join its team!

MISSION
– Ensure the quality of service required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction.

QUALITY
– Responsible for the cleanliness, arrangement and decoration of the rooms.
– Responsible for the cleanliness of access and living areas.
– Receives and delivers guests’ clothes and exchanges them.
– Keeps all the rooms he occupies impeccable.
– Directs his activity according to the method that was communicated to him.
– Reports all types of anomalies to the Housekeeper.
– Whenever requested, guests must meet their needs.
– Check the rooms on the way out.
– Ensures that the equipment is well maintained.
– Keeps clothing and materials stocks in order.

REQUIREMENTS
– Basic knowledge of English
– Minimum education level: 9th grade
– Experience in the role (preferably in 5-star Resorts)
