Verdelago Resort – 1st Waiter (M/F) Fulltime

MISSION
– Ensure the quality of service required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction.

QUALITY
– Welcome all guests, owners and clients into the room according to the welcome and communication protocol and efficiency time.
– Ensure customer needs are met discreetly and calmly in the restaurant rooms.
– Know all the services and places that the Resort has available to guests.
– Take care of the organization and image of the restaurant and bar areas.
– Analyze customer complaints and actively participate in successful resolution.
– Interact with the customer, measuring their level of satisfaction and expectations.
– Learn how to prepare dishes and their ingredients, as well as wine recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS
– 12th Grade.
– Professional restaurant and bar course.
– Higher Education in Hotel Management or Tourism – Preferential.
– Basic technical knowledge of cooking.
– Proficiency in spoken and written English.
– Preference for one more spoken and written language: French, German. Spanish.
– Computer knowledge from a user's perspective, especially Word and Excel, with particular relevance to Internet consultation and E-mailing.
– Performance of similar functions for at least 4/5 years, in 5-star units.
