The only 5-star nature resort is being built on the coast of the Eastern Algarve.

MISSION
– Responsible for welcoming all guests and clients in the room in accordance with the reception and communication protocol.
– Overall satisfaction of Verdelago Resort customers when receiving them at the designated outlet.
– Ensure the quality of Service required by Blue & Green.
– Compliance with all standards defined by the Resort/Blue & Green Group.

QUALITY
– Ensure customer needs are met discreetly and calmly in the restaurant rooms.
– Know all the services and places that the Hotel has available to guests.
– Take care of the organization and image of the restaurant and bar areas.
– Analyze customer complaints and actively participate in their successful resolution.
– Interact with the customer, measuring their level of satisfaction and expectations.
– Know the menus and products served.

REQUIREMENTS
– 12th Year Training.
– Professional restaurant and bar course.
– Higher Education in Hotel Management or Tourism – Preferential.
– Basic technical knowledge of cooking.
– Proficiency in spoken and written English.
– Preference for one more spoken and written language: French, German, Spanish.
– Computer knowledge from a user's perspective, especially Word and Excel, with particular relevance to Internet consultation and E-mailing.
