Verdelago Resort – Nautical Activities Monitor (M/F) Fulltime

A 5-star rated resort, located in a vast green area, comprising several support infrastructures and a wide range of services and amenities, aligned with a healthy, holistic lifestyle, where nature plays a central role, is currently recruiting a Nautical Activities Monitor (M/F) to join its team!

MISSION
– Perform beach, nautical center and bathing support services in coordination with the recreation manager and recreation supervisor
– Overall satisfaction of Verdelago Resort customers
– Ensure the quality of service required by Blue & Green
– Compliance with all standards defined by Verdelago Resort/Blue & Green Group

QUALITY
– Welcome all guests, owners and customers in accordance with the welcome and communication protocol
– Ensure customer needs are met discreetly and calmly
– Know all the services and places that the Resort has available to guests
– Take care of the organization and image of the pool beach spaces
– Interact with the customer, measuring their level of satisfaction and expectations
– Learn about the resort’s recreational and leisure offerings and participate in activity advice

REQUIREMENTS
– Trainer Certifications in Nautical Activities: Sailing, Windsurfing, Canoeing, Surfing, SUP
– Recreational Sailor Qualification: Local Sailor or Skipper’s License
– Navigation and Safety Skills: Knowledge of navigation, meteorology and maritime safety
– Experience in Customer Service
– Academic Background: Physical Education, Sports or Tourism (non-eliminatory)
– Experience as a monitor or coach of water sports (mainly Sailing)
