Verdelago Resort – Receptionist (M/F) Fulltime

The only 5-star nature resort is being built on the coast of the Eastern Algarve.
Between Altura and Praia Verde, in the heart of the Eastern Algarve, with an area of over 80 hectares, with direct access to the beach, and in complete harmony with nature, which remains intact, paced by its own rhythm and full of its beauty, the Verdelago Resort will be born.
A 5-star rated resort, located in a vast green area, comprising several support infrastructures and a wide range of services and amenities, aligned with a healthy, holistic lifestyle, where nature plays a central role, is currently recruiting a Receptionist (M/F) to join its team!

MISSION
– Maintain and develop the resort’s brand image with customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

QUALITY
– Know the services offered by the resort, inform the customer about them and encourage them to use them;
– Customer service and reception at check-in, check-out, at the counter/telephone;
– Register customers, check reservations and information in the computer system;
– Ensure the proper management and maintenance of individual cash funds;
– Complaints Management;
– Sale and promotion of Resort services.

SUSTAINABILITY
– Identify existing resources within the resort to reuse and repurpose in order to reduce waste.

REQUIREMENTS
– 12th year of schooling;
– Higher Education in Hotel Management or Tourism (preferential);
– Mastery of the English language;
– Good knowledge of other languages is an asset;
– Good knowledge of computers from a user perspective;
– Experience in customer service and knowledge of entering reservations;
– 1 year of experience.
