MISSION
o Ensure the quality of service and maintenance of all equipment in all areas of the resort, contributing to customer satisfaction.

QUALITY
o The Multipurpose Maintenance Technician is a professional qualified to perform tasks related to the installation and maintenance of all equipment in the Hotel.
o Complies with the preventive maintenance plan and necessary corrective maintenance.
o Performs maintenance operations at the Resort, organizing and recording data relating to the work carried out, in order to provide the technical and accounting elements necessary for management.
o Operate and regulate machines and equipment necessary to carry out their tasks, taking into account their conservation and cleaning inherent to the work carried out.
o Align all products and equipment used with the Resort’s quality program.
o Assembly, repair and maintenance of the equipment they apply, properly identifying and recording the complexity of the faults.
o Performs maintenance and repairs on various structures whenever necessary.
o Test and rehearse the equipment, correcting any deficiencies.
o Participate in the identified training actions.

SUSTAINABILITY
o Identify existing resources within the resort to reuse and repurpose in order to reduce waste.

REQUIREMENTS
Training:
o Technical training at 12th grade level;
o Professional experience in roles in the area of industrial and/or hotel maintenance and in similar roles;
o Planning and organizational skills, stress management, problem analysis, teamwork, attention to detail, ease of communication with the client.
