Main Function: Assist customers in various aspects of the service, namely telephone service, check-in and check-out, coordination with other departments, access control and reservations.
Profile and Requirements:
Experience in the role for a minimum period of 6 months;
Computer knowledge, particularly Opera (preferential condition);
Academic and/or professional training in the area;
Dynamism, proactivity and resistance to stress;
High communication and customer orientation skills;
Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships;
Knowledge of languages (English and/or French preferably);
Passion for service;
Availability to work day and night shifts;
Immediate availability.
