Responsible for providing a refined gastronomic service to our guests, maintaining the standard required by the hotel, and contributing to a good working environment.
Profile:
• Aptitude for a distinguished and refined service, strongly customer-oriented;
• Strong desire to work in a team and towards objectives;
• Ease of communication;
• Flexible and available;
• Careful presentation;
• Responsible and organized.
Requirements:
• Minimum education level: 12th grade;
• Previous professional experience in 5* Hotels in the 1st Class Cook category;
• Proficiency in English and other languages;
• Technical-professional kitchen training.
• Experience in stock management;
• High knowledge of HACCP standards;
• Experience in plating and garnishing prepared dishes;
• Experience in checking the quality of the preparation and, whenever necessary, carrying out the preparation;
• Experience in Buffet;
