Hotel Forte de Gaia – Receptionist / Tournant (m/f) Fulltime

To join its management team, HOTEL FORTE DE GAIA is recruiting:

RECEPTIONIST 1st (m/f):

This professional's main responsibility is to maintain and develop the Hotel's brand image with the customer, ensuring their total satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:
– Know the services offered by the resort, inform the customer about them and encourage them to use them;
– Customer service and reception at check-in, check-out, at the counter/telephone;
– Register customers, check reservations and information in the computer system;
– Ensure the proper management and maintenance of individual cash funds;
– Complaints Management;
– Sale and promotion of services;

Profile:
– Good logical reasoning skills;
– Ease of communication;
– Careful presentation;
– Orientation towards customer service and satisfaction;
– Flexible, proactive, with initiative and team spirit.

Requirements:
– 12th year of schooling;
– Higher Education in Hotel Management or Tourism (preferential);
– Mastery of the English language;
– Good knowledge of other languages is an asset;
– Good knowledge of computers from a user perspective;
– Experience in customer service and knowledge of entering reservations;
– 1 year of experience;
– Availability to carry out the following rotation 3 days and 2 nights per week;
