Job Description
We are looking for a Room Division Manager to join our team at HOTEL FORTE DE GAIA, on a full-time and on-site basis. The professional will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing customer service, supervising reception functions, training the team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
Skills in Guest Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service;
Experience in reception roles;
Ability to provide training to teams;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational and leadership skills;
Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment;
Previous experience in the hotel industry will be valued;
Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
