Your mission:
– Tactically and operationally execute all activities established by the hierarchy within the scope of people management.
– Your responsibility
– Recruitment and Selection;
– Support in salary processing;
– Direct support to HRD in the preparation of human resources information;
– Organization of training plan;
– Implementation of formal and administrative contract management processes;
– Attendance Management Control;
– Contract management and execution of hiring plan;
– Management of compliance with legal obligations set out in the Labour and Social Security Code;
– Application of the Labor Code and Collective Bargaining;
Our requirements:
– Degree in Human Resources Management or similar;
– Knowledge of labor legislation;
– Solid knowledge of English;
– Microsoft domain;
– Experience in the area;
– Knowledge of English;
– Analytical capacity;
– Excellent human interaction and interpersonal relationship skills;
– Dynamism, proactivity;
– Rigor and organization;
