Responsible for preparing and cooking food, taking into account efficiency levels, product consistency and food quality;
Works in close collaboration with the First Class Chef;
Actively participates in the preparation and cooking of food in the department.
Your responsibility
Responsible for the consistency of dish preparation, in accordance with the technical sheets and presentation;
Prepare in optimal conditions, both in terms of hygiene and quality, all dishes and items designated for the different sections;
Check the absence list for the following days in the section;
Ensure optimal conditions in terms of hygiene and quality.
Our requirements
12th year;
Technical-professional training in pastry, cooking;
English: spoken (preferably proficient in other languages);
Around 3 years of experience.
