Your mission
Maintains and develops the hotel's brand image among the customer, ensuring their total satisfaction;
Knows the services offered by the hotel, informs the customer about them and encourages them to use them.
Your responsibility
Customer service and reception at check-in, check-out, at the counter/telephone;
Register customers, check reservations and information in the computer system;
Ensure the proper management and maintenance of individual cash funds;
Complaints Management;
Sale and promotion of Hotel services.
Our requirements
12th year of schooling;
Higher Education in Hotel Management or Tourism – Preferential;
Fluency in English, French and good knowledge of several languages, in addition to Portuguese;
Good computer knowledge from the user's perspective;
1 year of experience.
