Hotel Operations Manager Fulltime

What you will do:

– Manage reservations and the Host platform;

– Preparation of advertisements for properties;

– Receive and monitor customers;

– Communicate reports to the necessary official entities (INE and TMT);

– Validate and report maintenance needs in ALs;

– Monitor inspections/maintenance on properties;

– Interact virtually and in person with suppliers;

– Ensure that properties are cleaned correctly;

– Receiving and monitoring deliveries;

– Ensure stock of amenities and welcome kits;

– Database update;

– Physical and digital archive;

– Small maintenance;

– Support to the department including scheduling and carrying out visits and checks-in/out.

What we look for in you:

– Degree in Tourism, Real Estate Management, Hospitality or other area relevant to the role (preferred);

– Experience in HOST management software (preferred);

– Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions (mandatory);

– Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently;

– Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically and effectively;

– Written and verbal fluency in English (mandatory);

– Knowledge of Spanish and other languages (preferred);

– Driving License (required);

– A driving license and motor vehicle (preferred);

– Availability to work on weekends (weekdays off);

– Experience in minor maintenance (preferred);

– I enjoy and find it easy to work in a team.
