Supervisor/Group Coordinator (M/F) – Hoti Hoteis Fulltime

Main Function: Direct actions related to the management of the group team, in order to achieve a high profit rate, reporting to the Revenue Director.

Profile and Requirements:
Degree in Hotel Management, or equivalent professional training;
Experience in similar functions, for a minimum period of 3 years;
Create and lead a team of successful groups;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and PMS (Property Management Systems);
Strong knowledge of group booking, sales and upselling techniques;
Fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of other languages is valued;
Strong communication and customer orientation skills;
Experience in valued hotel groups and multi-brands;
Implementation of internal and external reservation procedures;
Dynamism, proactivity and resistance to stress;
Immediate availability;
Location: Lisbon – Melia Lisbon Airport.
