To reinforce the team kitchen of Real Marina Hotel & Spa, in Olhão, we look for:

3rd COOK (M/F)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook meals for customers;
• Collaborate in the process of defining menus;
• Define and prepare the products needed to prepare meals;
• Ensure correct storage and adequate conservation of food products;
• Plate and garnish cooked dishes;
• Inspect and ensure adequate cleaning of food preparation areas (equipment, utensils and surfaces), in accordance with HACCP rules;
• Collaborate in cleaning the workplace.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Training in the kitchen area;
• Minimum 1 year's experience in similar roles in hospitality;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer orientation;
• Flexibility of schedules;
• Immediate availability.
