Group Sales Executive (M/F)

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to Group opportunities for units;
• Prepare event requests, client account management reports including invoicing;
• Produce and strengthen relationships with existing or plausible customers;
• Develop relationships with the community in order to expand the customer base;
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to distribute efforts and opportunities;
• Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering excellent service;
• Prepare and execute public relations tasks, promotion and sale of hotel services;
• Have a vision for optimizing opportunities to create revenue growth.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Dynamism, proactivity and autonomy;
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of other foreign languages as an added value;
• Training in the area;
• Sense of responsibility, determination and self-confidence;

• Relevant experience;
• Knowledge of computers from the user's perspective;
• Flexibility of schedules;
