Luggage rack (M/F) Seasonal

TALENTSHIFT, a Temporary Employment and Human Resources Management Company, is recruiting for Pine Cliffs Resort:

Mission: Ensure that guests are welcomed according to quality standards and service consistency.

Function Description:
– Receive and greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;
– Escort guests to their rooms;
– Transport luggage to the rooms;
– Provide information about the resort as well as information regarding the services available;
– Support reception whenever necessary.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service;
– Ability to work in a team;
– Strong communication skills;
– Strong sense of customer orientation;
- Nice presentation;
- Driving license;
– Accommodation in the Algarve;
– Own transport;
– Availability for permanent contract.

Professional Training/Experience:
– 12th year of schooling;
– Higher/professional education in the hotel industry (or similar) (preferably);
– Previous experience as a baggage handler (preferably).

Language Knowledge:
– Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
– Other languages will be valued.
