TALENTSHIFT, a Temporary Employment and Human Resources Management Company, is recruiting for Pine Cliffs Resort:

Mission: To put all the taste and passion for the Culinary area at the service of the team, through assistance in the management of the assigned station, so that the quality of service provided to the customer meets expectations.
Following current standards, it uses available resources and develops all elements of the brigade that report to it.

Function Description:
– Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
– Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
– Assemble and disassemble workstation.
– Wash and disinfect the kitchen area, tables, tools, knives and equipment.
– Check and ensure the accuracy of the temperature of appliances and food.
– Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
– Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
– Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
– Maintain the confidentiality of owner information.
– Protect the company’s assets.
– Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
– Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
– Ensure compliance with expectations and quality standards.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in using kitchen utensils;
– Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods;
– Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices at work;
– Ability to work in a team;
– Strong communication skills.

Professional Training/Experience:
– Complete secondary education;
– Previous experience in the F&B Kitchen area.

Language Knowledge:
– Good communication skills in Portuguese;
– Other languages will be valued.
