Housekeeper (M/F) Seasonal

TALENTSHIFT, a Temporary Employment and Human Resources Management Company, is recruiting for Pine Cliffs Resort:

Mission: Ensure supervision of the team, as well as inspection of accommodation according to quality standards and consistency of service.

Function Description:
– Supervise the work of floor staff;
– Inspect accommodation units after service;
– Respond to emergency situations within the scope of their tasks;
– Assist the general housekeeper in preparing the work schedule, as well as in distributing work among the team;
– Work together with other departments involved in the operation (reception, maintenance, others);
– Analyze reports and control material replacement.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service;
– Ability to work in a team;
– Strong communication and team management skills;
– Strong sense of results orientation;
- Nice presentation;
– Attention to detail.

Professional Training/Experience:
– Higher/professional education in the Hotel Management area (or similar);
– Previous experience as a housekeeper (mandatory).

Language Knowledge:
– Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
