Beach and Pool Monitor (M/F) Seasonal

TALENTSHIFT, a Temporary Employment and Human Resources Management Company, is recruiting for Pine Cliffs Resort:

Mission: Manage the beach and pool area; Meet the needs and requests of guests according to quality standards and service consistency.

Function Description:
– Greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;
– Distribute towels and mattresses in the pool area;
– Supervise the beach/pool area to ensure compliance with safety regulations;
– Ensure the cleanliness, configuration and safety of all areas and facilities;
– Meet the needs of guests within the beach/pool area.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in beach concession (Preferably);
– Previous experience in customer service;
– Ability to work in a team;
– Strong communication skills;
– Strong sense of customer orientation;
- Nice presentation;
– Driving License (Mandatory).

Professional Training/Experience:
– Higher/professional education in the Hotel Management area (or similar);
– Previous experience in a similar role (preferably).
– Management/supervision experience.

Language Knowledge:
– Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
– Other languages will be valued.
