Golf Receptionist (M/F) Seasonal

TALENTSHIFT, a Temporary Employment and Human Resources Management Company, is recruiting for Pine Cliffs Resort:

Mission: Assist in all tasks inherent to customer service, in the golf store and reception area; Assist in all tasks inherent to customer service, as well as the needs of the “Under Armour” store, in order to promote the sale of products.

Function Description:
• Assist customers in the process of purchasing available products;
• Keep the workplace organized and clean on a daily basis;
• Ensure the reception of the client in the golf area, as well as ensuring that their needs are met;

Requirements:
• Attention to detail and high organizational skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility and rigor;
• I enjoy serving the public.
• Knowledge of inventory management (preferred).

Professional Training/Experience:
• 12th Year of Schooling (Mandatory);
• Professional training in the Hotel/Customer Service sector (preferential);
• Previous experience in similar roles (preferred).

Language Knowledge:
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
