About the role: As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen. You will work closely with our Head Chef to maintain high standards of quality and consistency, and will assume full responsibility for the kitchen in their absence.

Responsibilities:

Help with the planning, preparation and execution of our creative menus.

Supervise and lead the kitchen team during service.

Manage food preparation to ensure quality, presentation and efficiency.

Oversee kitchen operations including stock management, ordering and waste control.

Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment, respecting food safety and hygiene standards.

Train, guide and motivate kitchen staff to give their best.

A passionate chef with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team under pressure.

Knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning and food cost calculation.
