Main Function: The Restaurant Manager is directly responsible for organizing and planning the service in the restaurant, and must ensure the coordination, discipline and good performance of the waiters under his direct supervision.
The Head Waiter performs his/her role in collaboration with those responsible for the other sectors (Bar and Kitchen) in order to ensure cohesion and continuous collaboration that guarantees a high quality of service provided to the customer.
Profile and Requirements:
Technical training at the Technical/University course level;
Experience and knowledge acquired in a similar role, for a minimum period of 6 months;
Computer and POS knowledge;
Solid knowledge of HACCP;
Strong communication skills, particularly in contact with customers;
Ability to work under pressure;
Good knowledge of the English language, with knowledge of other languages being valued;
Versatility, availability and passion for the service;
Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.
