Clerks / Commercial Secretaries (M/F)
Function description:
Commercial secretary, send proposals, fill out invoices, communicate with foreign suppliers (English is essential), place orders and proposals, request information from suppliers.
We select candidates with the following requirements:
– Previous experience in the role;
– Fluency in English;
– Good knowledge of IT (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
– Attendance and punctuality;
– Dynamism and proactivity;
- Immediate availability.
