Reporting to the Hotel Management and the Group's Construction and Maintenance Department, the technician will perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work in the Hotel Units in which he/she will be placed. Following daily, monthly and annual work orders. Fulfilling his/her tasks in accordance with the company's standards and quality norms.

Functions:
– Execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work;
– Diagnose any equipment or system failures;
– Repairs and supervision of equipment, systems and spaces;
– Ensure prevention and picket work;
– Liaison with external Maintenance Companies, Contractors and Suppliers;

Profile and Requirements:
– Experience in maintenance, in Hotel Units or similar;
– Academic and/or professional training in the area;
– Proactivity, initiative and team spirit;
– Strong organization, planning and analysis and problem-solving skills;
– Experience with Maintenance Management Platforms or Programs;
– Knowledge of Electricity, HVAC, etc.;
– Hourly availability;
– Attendance and punctuality;
- Immediate availability;
- Driving license.
