Main Function: Assist customers in various aspects of the service, namely telephone service, check-in and check-out, coordination with other departments, controlling access and reservations.
Profile and Requirements:
Academic training at the 12th year level or Technical / University Course;
Experience and knowledge acquired performing a similar function, for a minimum period of 1 year;
Good computer skills, namely Microsoft Office and NewHotel tools;
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is valued;
Strong communication and customer orientation skills;
Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships;
Dynamism, proactivity and resistance to stress;
Availability to work day and night shifts.
