Check-in Technician – Aviation Unit – Lisbon Airport Temporary job

The EVOLVE Aviation Unit is recruiting a Ground Handling Traffic Technician for Lisbon Airport.

FUNCTIONS:

Carrying out passenger and baggage check-in;

Control of passengers and their hand luggage at the boarding gate;

Forwarding passengers to/from aircraft;

Guiding passengers upon disembarking;

Forwarding of passengers in transit.

Assistance to unaccompanied minors;

Issuance and sale of tickets;

Handling flight cancellations;

Treatment of Baggage irregularities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in English;

Minimum Qualifications: 12th grade (Mandatory Presentation of Qualification Certificate);

Valid identification document: Citizen Card or Residence Permit or Residence Authorization;

Availability to perform duties on a rotating shift and day off basis (day and night shifts);

Availability to attend mandatory training to perform duties, based on applicable legislation;

Light Vehicle Driving License (B);

Excellent presentation;

Portuguese and Foreign Criminal Record (if you have been outside Portugal for more than 6 months in the last 5 years) with no previous record;
