Your mission:
– Responsible for food preparation and cooking, taking into account efficiency levels, product consistency and food quality;
– Works closely with the 1st Class Chef;
– Actively participates in the preparation and cooking of food in the section.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
– Responsible for the consistency of the preparation of dishes, in accordance with the technical sheets and presentation;
– Prepare all dishes and items assigned to the different sections under optimal conditions in terms of hygiene and quality;
– Check the absence list for the following days in the section;
– Ensure optimal conditions in terms of both hygiene and quality.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
– 12th grade;
– Technical-professional training in pastry, cooking;
– English: spoken (preferably fluent in other languages);
– About 3 years of experience.
