Your mission:
– Responsible for food preparation and cooking, taking into account efficiency levels, product consistency and food quality;
– Works closely with 1st and 2nd Class Cooks;
– Actively participates in the preparation and cooking of food in the section.
Your responsibility:
Responsible for the consistency of dish preparation, in accordance with the technical sheets and presentation;
Prepare in optimal conditions, both in terms of hygiene and quality, all dishes and items designated for the different sections;
Check the absence list for the following days in the section;
Ensure optimal conditions in terms of hygiene and quality.
Our requirements:
– 12th grade;
– Technical-professional training in cooking or practical learning of at least 1 year;
– English: spoken and preferably proficiency in other languages;
1- to 2 years of experience.
