YOUR MISSION:
– Prepare and cook pastry products, as well as ensuring the consistency and quality of products that are delivered to the customer’s table.
– Your responsibility
– Ensure optimal conditions, both in terms of hygiene and quality, throughout the pastry area for the different sections;
– Responsible for plating and final customer service;
– Respect the quality standards defined by the company;
– Support the pastry chef and 1st class pastry chef in plating and when necessary plating the final services to the Customer.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
– 12th grade;
– Technical-professional training in pastry making;
– English: spoken (preferably fluent in other languages);
– About 3 years of experience.
