Tróia Design Hotel – Receptionist – Night Auditor (m/f) Fulltime

We are recruiting a Night Auditor (m/f) to join the Tróia Design Hotel team.

Mission:

Overall satisfaction of hotel customers.
Ensure the quality of Service required by the Blue & Green Group.
Compliance with all Standards and Procedures contained in the employee handbook.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for the establishment after the day's managers have left.
Manage cash movements and invoice settlement, as well as closing the day's operations at reception.
Ensure customer safety: you must make all urgent decisions (emergency exits, fire procedures, etc.).
Ensure the quality of services provided to customers.
Responsible for welcoming customers whose arrival, departure or reservation takes place late.
Invoice validation.
Preparation of the daily statistical and accounting report for management.
Preparation of necessary documents for the morning team.

Necessary requirements:

Excellent knowledge of English.
Minimum 12th grade of schooling.
Minimum 2 years experience in similar roles in 5-star units.
Good knowledge of the region, particularly the job market.
Availability to work at night.
