Mission:
The IT Technician is responsible for the correct maintenance and management of the IT area and the Hotel's Communications Networks, in terms of equipment and applications.
Provision of 1st level IT support to all areas and employees within the scope of the use of IT resources.
Responsibilities:
– Management of the Information System and its maintenance;
– Software and Hardware Management and their maintenance;
– Management of the Communications System and its maintenance.
– Monitoring the process of acquiring IT resources, particularly in terms of selecting Suppliers/Service Providers;
– Survey of Software and Hardware needs;
– Monitoring the development and implementation of new applications acquired externally;
– Technical support / “On The Job” to the various Managements, Departments and Employees of the Hotel (Help Desk);
– Internal, Application and Recycling Training.
– Ensure customer satisfaction.
