Tróia Design Hotel – Multipurpose Maintenance Technician (m/f) Fulltime

Your mission:
– Execute all maintenance work plans, ensuring the conservation of the resort;
– Present suggestions for improvement to optimize resort expenses.
– Your responsibility
– Maintenance of equipment and structures;
– Assessment of the condition of materials, equipment and facilities that may deteriorate due to use;
– Carrying out general repairs and maintenance-related services, including carrying out minor painting and carpentry work;
– Replacing locks, plumbing, electricity.

Our requirements:
– Training at 12th grade level (preferential);
– Professional experience in roles in the area of industrial and/or hotel maintenance and in similar roles;
– Planning and organizational skills, stress management, problem analysis, teamwork, attention to detail.
