Waiter 1st / 2nd Curricular stage Extracurricular internship Fulltime

Function :
1st/2nd Class Waiter

Availability: Immediate;
Educational Qualifications: Minimum 12th grade of schooling and/or technical training in Tables/Bar

Responsibilities:

•  Receive and serve customers by presenting the various products;
•  Tidy up the room and prepare the service in advance;
•  Collaborate in supervising stocks and inform the Head of the Room of any shortages;
•  Provide excellent customer service through good customer service;
•  Request the intervention of a superior in the event of a customer complaint;
•  Collaborate as a team to ensure that the service flows in a coordinated and organized manner;

Requirements:

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
• Professional experience as a Waiter.
• Excellent customer service skills in a similar environment;
• Professionalism and Personality;
• Ability to think.
• Innovation and creativity;
• Innate ability to smile and generate empathy;
• Good communication skills;
