As a member of the Guest Relations team, you will be the main liaison between the guest, the hotel and the various departments within the hotel. As a member of the Guest Relations team, you have a major influence on our guests’ first impressions and are therefore responsible for carrying out the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities:

• Check guest arrival reports in advance, especially those of VIP guests, and coordinate with the Housekeeping team on guest room assignments.
• Manage guest and VIP correspondence in order to anticipate and prepare their arrival in accordance with all their wishes.
• Welcome and accompany guests through the check-in process, including escorting them to the Lounge.
• Ensure that all guest rooms and VIP rooms meet the highest quality standards and include all services requested prior to guest arrival.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests and VIPs and ensure that all departments within the hotel are fully informed of guest requirements.
• Stay up to date on the hotel’s products, services, prices and special promotional offers, as well as daily specials and VIP events.

Availability: Immediate;
Educational Qualifications: Minimum 12th year of schooling and/or training in Tourism or Hotel Management;

Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
• Knowledge of another foreign language;
• Knowledge of IT from the user's perspective and front office systems;
• Dynamism, Initiative, customer orientation for sales;
• Ease in resolving situations.
• Availability to perform functions on a multi-skilled basis and in shifts.
• Innovation and creativity;
• Innate ability to smile and generate empathy
