Function :
Cook 1st/2nd
Carry out kitchen activities in accordance with good practices, standards and procedures

Availability: Immediate;
Educational Qualifications: Minimum 12th grade of schooling and/or technical training in Cooking/Pastry

Responsibilities:

•  Plan, prepare and cook dishes under the instruction of the head chef;
• Check the menu specifications and verify the availability of ingredients;
• Tidy and clean the work area, equipment and utensils used in accordance with occupational health and safety standards;
• Reception, storage and conservation of products necessary for preparation;
• Ensure the quality of the service provided;

Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
• Professional experience as a Cook in Mid/High-End Restaurants and/or 4* or 5* Hotels.
• Availability to perform functions on a multi-skilled basis and in shifts.
• Innovation and creativity;
• Knowledge of HACCP standards;
