Restaurant Supervisor (M/F) Fulltime

O Domes Lake Algarve, located in the heart of Vilamoura, is looking for passionate and talented people who want to develop their career in one of the fastest growing hotel brands in the Luxury segment in Europe.

Function :
Restaurant Supervisor

Availability: Immediate;
Educational Qualifications: Minimum 12th grade of schooling and/or technical training in Cooking/Pastry

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the restaurant team;
• Assist in managing inventory, costs and stocks;
• Supervise the service provided by the restaurant;
• Make purchase or equipment requests;
• Ensure the quality of the service provided;

Requirements:

• Training in hospitality;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
• Professional experience as a Manager in Mid/High-End Restaurants and/or 4* or 5* Hotels;
• Good communication and leadership skills;
• Customer focus, empathy and problem-solving skills;
• Availability to perform functions on a multi-skilled basis and in shifts.
• Innovation and creativity;
• Knowledge of HACCP standards;
