The activity of the Altis Hotels Group began with the opening of the Altis Grand Hotel in 1973, a five-star hotel located on Rua Castilho, the starting point and source of inspiration for other ventures. This was followed by the Altis Suites (1998), an apartment hotel located next to the Altis Grand Hotel, the Altis Bel\u00e9m Hotel & Spa ***** (2009) with a privileged location on the Tagus riverbank, the Altis Avenida Hotel (2010 ) a boutique hotel in the center of Lisbon, in Pra\u00e7a dos Restauradores, and finally, the Altis Prime (2010) an apartment hotel just a few meters from Avenida da Liberdade, one of the most cosmopolitan avenues in the city of Lisbon.
Since 1973, the Altis Grand Hotel has been an icon of the city of Lisbon and the stage for important events in various areas. After 50 years, the Hotel is preparing to continue to be a symbol in the hotel industry in Lisbon, changing its original name to ALTIS GRAND HOTEL after completing the biggest renovation ever.
