\nEurostars Hotel Company intends to attract hotel professionals for the Reception area in Porto.<\/p>\n
The selected people will have to perform the following functions:<\/p>\n
-Receive and serve our guests from the moment of booking until their departure
\n-Manage complaints and resolve any type of incident to ensure guest satisfaction
\n\u2013 Participate in the financial management of the reception (billing, cash closings and night audit)
\n-Answer the telephone exchange, making and receiving calls, connecting them with different extensions\/departments
\n-Concierge work (luggage management, valuables\u2026 etc)<\/p>\n
The profiles we want correspond to young people, with Professional or Higher Education in hospitality and various specialties, but who already have consolidated experience in 4* and 5* hotels. It is also important that they have an attitude, be proactive and interested in continuous growth.<\/p>\n
